- I want to make some parts, what do you need for it?
We usually manufacture parts according to 2D and 3D.
3D file: SolidWorks (.sldprt), ProE (.prt), IGES (.igs), STEP (.stp), Parasolid (. x_t or .x_b) .
2D file: PDF, DWG, DXF, SLDDRW
pdf, dwg, dxf, stp, step, slddrw, sldprt, prt, igs, x_t
- What information do I need to provide for a quote?
Material, quantity, surface treatment. If you have any other requests, please feel free to let us know. It will help you to get a more accurate quote.
- How should I do the payment?
We accept payment via bank transfer to China.
- How to get a free sample?
Please send your drawings and requirements to info@besturnkey.com, and let us know your expectations. You will be contacted by our professional project engineers.
5. How long will it take to get a quote?
We usually complete the quotation within 12H. If the project is complex, we will inform you first and come back to you with the quote shortly.
- Does your quote include shipping costs?
Yes, we will quote the shipping cost via DHL, FedEx and UPS. If you have your own express account, we are also available to quote EXW and FOB price.
- Do you accept PayPal?
Sorry, we don’t accept PayPal at this time.
2. What about credit and payment terms?
Our default payment terms for the first cooperation is payment in advance.
Of course, it is possible to negotiate other payment terms such as Net 30, but these are agreed on a case by case basis.
3. How long is the quote valid?
Our quote is valid up to 20 days from the date issued.
4. Could you provide certificate of origin?
Yes, we are able to offer certificate of origin according to different requirements.
- What if I am not happy with the parts?
If the parts reach you and for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you could notify Turnkey and we will check and resolve your questions within 1-3 working days.
2. How to get a non-disclosure agreement(NDA) with Turnkey?
You can send us your company’s unique NDA, or you can use our standard NDA . Simply fill out the information, email it to info@besturnkey.com, and we will get you set up.
3. What tolerance standards do you guarantee?
Metal machined parts will follow ISO2768-M(Medium) or ISO2768-F(Fine). Plastic machined parts will follow ISO2768-M(Medium). This is Turnkey’s default tolerance standard. If you have any other requirements, please mark them on the drawing.
4. Do you accept NET30?
Yes, we can do NET30 once signed NET30 Agreement and official confirmed.
5. Are you a factory?
Yes, we have been operating our factory for more than 10 years and our engineers have more than 20 years of experience. If possible, we conduct video conferences and take you on a virtual tour of our factory.
6. Could you provide design services?
Yes, we can, we have our own design team.
7. Do you provide assembly services?
Yes, in addition to manufacturing, we have our own assembly team. You can deliver the whole project to us without any additional expenses.
8. How do you control lead times?
We will make DFM analysis and control plans before manufacturing to ensure parts are delivered on time.
9. What certifications do Turnkey have?
Turnkey is currently certified with ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.
10. How to get the status of the project?
Please contact our project engineer and he will send the control plan with you. Of course, you can also find photos from every step in your portal.
11. Do you provide first article of inspection (FAI) service?
Yes, when the part quantity exceeds 30pcs, we will make FAI.
